I get a security warning when logging into cPanel

When I try to login to cPanel I get a security warning in my browser.

Mozilla Firefox says "This Connection is Untrusted" and Internet Explorer says "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".

Why do I get this security warning?

This is because as an additional security measure for your protection, we will only allow connections to your hosting cPanel if you use a secure connection. This keeps all the information between your PC and cPanel (such as usernames and passwords) encrypted and secure.

The reason for the warning is that you are connecting to your domain but we are protecting that connection with OUR server SSL certificate. Therefore the domains will not match and the browser will issue a warning.

This is perfectly normal and you can save this as an exception in your browser.
