I have been using Pay Monthly Hosting for over a year, and during that time I have upgraded my account from the starter package to the experienced. The flexibility offered, and the great value price, has been invaluable to me in the start up process of my websites.
Recently I decided to close down one of my sites, but unfortunately the domain name was the main name attached to my PMH account. Not really understanding how the process works, I generated a support ticket to get advice on how to move the files away from the current domain. I expected this to be a big headache of a job, and also thought I would feel a little intimidated if I was met with a lot of computer jargon. I need not have worried.
I was contacted by Rob who made the process as smooth as it could be. Firstly, the quick response to my ticket was very encouraging, and Rob put my mind at ease, informing me that he would handle all of the switching of the files to my new domain name. Having fully explained the process, in a way that I could understand, and advising me of the possible effects to my service, I was confident to allow Rob to go ahead and do the transfer for me.
Rob kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions in a timely manner, and ended up completing the transfer in just a few hours. Anything that I had to do at my end was fully explained, and Rob even sent screen shots of what, and where, I needed to click. It made my life much simpler.
From my initial contact regarding the problem, right through to the transfer of files with my websites up and running again, took less than 6 hours total. I was very impressed, and appreciative that my websites down time was kept to an absolute minimum. I feel that the service I received, truly went above and beyond any expectations I had.
I cannot rate Rob and Pay Monthly Hosting highly enough, and am more than happy to endorse them to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable hosting service. I have never had any issues with the actual hosting of my sites, and my recent experience with their customer support has just assured me that I am with the right company for my needs.

Back in September 2016 I had reached the stage with my hobby that setting up some sort of informational website to help other people seemed a good idea.
I did a fair bit of research around the whole web hosting industry and decided that I would have more autonomy if I avoided the all in one providers where you choose one of their templates etc. So I was looking for a provider that would impose very little but offer a great deal, and also one that wasn't going to cost a lot every month, I was hoping for a bit much really.
Because of not knowing if my website would be a success I wanted to keep initial costs to a minimum and not have to commit to a year in advance for example. My research didn't produce many companies that offered what I was looking for but I did find Pay Monthly Hosting.
I emailed them that evening with a question or two and expected a response the next day, during office hours. I was really surprised to get a response well within an hour of sending it.
Although I had not heard of them, the speedy response gave me the confidence to sign up and it was very simple and straight forward. I have only had one small issue since then and Pay Monthly Hosting could not have done a better job in sorting it out for me really quickly and at no point was my website down.
I am writing this so that others may have the confidence to sign up as I did, you definitely will not regret it.
